Our Solasta Pines Cabin is perfectly sized for a family (sleeps 5 comfortably but up to 7). This cabin can also accommodate couples or a group of friends. It's prime location in Pigeon Forge puts you within 2 miles of the Parkway (5 min drive).

CONSTRUCTION: The cabin is located in a resort community that is still growing so you may encounter construction during the work day. There may be some construction noise until surrounding cabins are completed. WILDLIFE: Our cabin is tucked away in the beautiful wilderness, so it’s normal to encounter some of our wildlife neighbors, like bears, while staying in the Smoky Mountains. Please be cautious and keep your distance—make sure your car windows are up, doors are locked, and food is safely stored (not left in your car or outside). You may also spot or hear some critters and insects during your stay. While we do our best with regular pest control treatments, you might still get a visit from anything with 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, or even 100+ legs—think millipedes, ladybugs, or even sneaky flying squirrels! To help keep them out, please close entry doors when not in use.

Other Details to Note

IDENTITY / RENTAL AGREEMENT: In order to book this cabin, your identity on the Airbnb booking platform must be verified (phone number, email, payment information and driver's license). You will be asked to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking else reservation will be cancelled. Signing the rental agreement is required to get the door access code. If the rental agreement is not signed, door access code will NOT be provided and reservation will be cancelled. ENTRY: Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET. Check out is at 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur. INTERNET/CABLE: Up to 400Mbps high speed wireless internet. Smart TVs throughout. Provide your own login for Netflix or other streaming services. BEDS: There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed which sleep two (2) adults. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed which sleeps two (2) adults. The loft has a day bed (twin size) for 1 person. Lastly, the movie room has a pull-out sofa bed (queen size) for two (2) persons. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine. LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided and located under the sink in the downstairs bathroom. AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Toiletries such as toothpaste and floss are not provided. TRASH: Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the side of the front porch by the parking spots. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups. HOT TUB: Private Hot Tub Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! GAMES: Pac-man arcade Billiard / ping-pong table Board games SECURITY: Ring Video Doorbell Camera next to front door facing the front porch and stairs Ring Security Camera mounted on the deck the cabin facing the back yard NO indoor cameras PETS: We do not allow pets at this time. SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking/vaping indoors REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters as well as power outages. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD,AWD and/or tire chains.

Our family had an amazing time together here! It was close to everything and we enjoyed playing pool, swimming, watching movies in the theater room, playing chess and the arcade! The hosts provided everything we needed and more and they were very responsive and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and relaxing! It is so perfect for families! Place was exactly as pictured and very clean! Spectacular setting and scenery! It was decorated beautifully and we even enjoyed the coffee table books! I cannot say enough kind things about this place and the hosts!! We even saw two rainbows from the balcony! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!!

We had such a great time! The pool/hot tub and game room were used every day/night! Tom checked in with us. He had some hot tub chemicals delivered to the cabin and my son, who worked in a pool and hot tub store while in high school and college, put them in and got the water clear again. They had a cookie delivery sent to us as a thank you and we all thought that was so sweet!! We are saving this cabin in our favorites so we can book with Tom and Brad next time we vacation in the area!

We had booked a different Airbnb for our trip, which was sold the day before we arrived, with no warning. I had to scramble to find a place for our family to stay, and I am grateful that I found Tom's listing. I messaged him and let him know what had happened with the other property, and he was accommodating and wonderful. The cabin is pretty, has a great kitchen, and features comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The game room area was a hit with our soon-to-be teenage son. We had a wonderful week seeing the sights and felt the cabin was a big part of our new family vacation memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had plenty of things to do to stay entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all the cooking supplies you could need. The place was clean and decorated well. We’d certainly stay again!

It was perfect for our family. Cabin was amazing, spotless, beautiful decor, well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful outdoor seating and relaxing balconies. The kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub. Media room was wonderful, so many game options to choose from. Location was great, while not right in the middle of parkway was very easy to navigate a few minutes away. Tom, our host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, very kind and helpful. Love this cabin and hope to visit again in the future.

This cabin is amazing! I have visited the GSM every year of my life at least once, and this has been my favorite stay so far. The amenities are outstanding, the location is amazing, & simply no detail went untouched. The pool, hot tub, games, and theater area are enough to keep you entertained without even needing to leave. My two sons loved it. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as pictured - beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed and stocked, and a perfect modern cabin with plenty for families to do. Tom was an incredibly responsive host and checked in on us often. Hospitality was excellent, and truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back.

The house was great, Tom thought of everything we might need. The kids loved the pool, and we loved relaxing after a long day of activities in the theater or by the fire pit on the back deck. Tom was great with communication and the area activity guide was very helpful in planning the perfect getaway. Every morning a flock of turkeys spent some time behind the house, an unexpected bonus. The internet was fast enough that two tweens never complained about it, which is something nearing a miracle. Lots of easy food and shopping variety nearby. Easy access to The Island, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountain National Park.

This cabin was immaculate! The perfect location, just minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect to cook in! The porches were so peaceful and the kids LOVED the heated pool and the theater room. The host ate amazing and so attentive. They have really thought of it al in this cabin and we will certainly be back!!
